"Parking was easy and it felt secure. The breakfast was tasty wonderful and many options! The staff was very nice and the facility was clean! We were disappointed to find out at check in that the pool was closed due to pieces of the ceiling that had fallen into the pool and they were waiting on a repair. I wish we would have known that ahead of time."

"The hotel lobby and elevator had mud tracked throughout them, which made a poor first impression. We booked a room through Expedia that was advertised as having one queen bed and a pull-out sofa to accommodate four people. However, the only blankets, pillows, and sheets provided were for the queen bed, so there was nothing available for the pull-out sofa. The Expedia listing also advertised both a pool and a hot tub, but there was no hot tub available during our stay. The breakfast offerings...

"The staff that checked us in was amazing, very friendly & recommended a place to eat. Unfortunately the power went out in the middle of the night but didn't really affect us. The staff member that checked us out wasn't able to print me a receipt due to the internet being down & was going to email me a receipt which never happened. Over all I was happy with the stay & would stay again."

"Everything at this hotel was wonderful. It was clean. Almost looked like a new hotel. The staff was friendly & helpful. The hot tub & pool were nice. The only thing is the pool door gets stuck but the staff helped right away. I loved the breakfast & ample parking. It was almost a nice touch they added a make up face cloth. Most luxury hotels don't even offer that with amenities. I would stay here again! "
