"Great outdoor breakfast dining area (careful if you have a bee allergy), ocean views are incredible, bus service to town in great, breakfast was great and room amenities were standard, The bed pillows are way too thick, despite lots of breakfast staff-the tables were not cleaned between uses, there needs to be a ramp transition to get into the building (non ADA), and people had difficulty leaving breakfast room to pool area is not equipped with an emergency bar handle (dropping food as they worked the door handle ), and"

"You can't beat the location for this price. It's about a 5 minute walk in to town. Parking in Bar Harbor is a nightmare so you will be happy you don't have to worry about that. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, the shower water pressure is VERY strong. Coffee was always ready at the front desk, they have everything you need for it, including trays to carry up to 5 cups at a time. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it is functional, clean, and great location. Highly recommend."
