"The staff were very good and friendly. The property is older hence 4 stars but the room was very spacious and the huge deck with the heart shaped tub was enjoyable. Great spot if you want to relax and read a book. Was able to snorkle right off the front door but not a lot of fish to see. Spa treatment was reasonable and nice. "

Staff super friendly , always kind and helpful . Great on site restaurant, tasty , thoughtful and generous menu. Breakfast was included in my booking, and it was superb. Highly recommend this place ! "Loved every minute here would highly recommend it. What an amazing experience they take such great gentle care of their elephants it was so special. The keepers have a lovely bond with their elephants. Would love to return here again one day. "Fantastic location and great spot. Lintang was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot to stay if you’re doing the hike or Jeep ride up Mt Batur. The property has multiple styles of rooms to suit different types of travellers. We stayed in a glamping “potato” it was pretty good, price was solid, bed was comfy, though it does get damp at night (be prepared for that). The only thing we noticed was there was a lot of flies (bugs). Which I’m told is just the area....

"The rooms were not clean. There was cobwebs and spiders everywhere, in the bedrooms and eating areas. Quite a frightening experience. The other problem was there is no direct road access to the hotel, cars will have to stop outside along the roadside and the luggage and bags will have to be unloaded at the roadside. We had to walk about 5-10 mins to the hotel, amidst the padi fields while the hotel staff helped to bring our luggages via a motorbike. It’s a nice walk if it’s in the morning, but...
