"We have been staying at this BW for many years as we frequent the area. The hotel is undergoing renovations and we were in a room that was recently completed. While it was clean/spotless, the water pressure in the shower was low and lacking hot water. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms especially noticeable by the shower. The new lamps are stylish yet have little function. The beds had previously been equipped with high intensity reading lamps which looked hastily...

"Everything was very nice and clean. The one thing I would recommend is to clean out the coffee machine in the room. Quite dirty on the inside where the k-cups go. The coffee in the breakfast area was real good!,"

All necessary equipment, but could have been stored another place. The frig for storing the yogurt and butter and such was in a corner and the door hinge was on the wrong side that couls easily been reversed. "The room was clean, except for the TV screen. I like the that the conveniences of home ( microwave, refrigerator, blow dryer) are included. The card key system was failing after 3 attempts to enter the room with different cards the staff joined us to ensure we were using the card properly only to discover there was a problem. We were let in to our room so we could organize our belongings. We left for dinner upon our return the system was restored. Lastly, a better TV selection would be...

"The motel was clean. Desk staff was nice. My room was clean."

"This property claims pet friendly. IT IS NOT. Tried to check in and they would not give me a room. Was also charge for a no show. Because of total incompetence by Expedia I missed my nephew's wedding ceremony. In addition the place is a dump. The pictures are phony. I was also charge which I am fighting as I DID SHOW UP AND WAS REFUSED A ROOM. TOTAL FRAUD BY ALL."
