"We enjoy a stay that is unique and has character vs a chain hotel. We chose the Hollinger House because it was a close to the wedding venue we attended. The room was large, immaculate, and thoughtfully appointed while still retaining its historic charm. Kenneth, the Innkeeper, was extremely welcoming and accommodating. "Rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, the shower has decent water pressure, and every room has a mini fridge, microwave, and small coffee maker. This is always where I prefer to stay when I come to Lancaster to visit a friend. "
"The beds were comfortable and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the tub, though the tub was a little narrow for my liking. Check-in was a breeze and the employee was very nice. Breakfast had cereal, yogurt, two flavors of waffle batter, sausage, cheese omelets, bread, muffins, bagels, and probably a few other things I am forgetting. "Check in was excellent. We arrived 30minutes early as we had a wedding to get to. They accommodated us with an early check. Room was clean and bed was Comfortable. Hotel hallways needed a serious vacuuming and one of the elevators was out of service."

Well, when we first arrived, our keys weren’t made right we had to go downstairs not once but two times. Secondly, the room was supposed to be made up and ready and our shower was disgusting with human hair in it from I assume the last person that ran at the room and we had to go get our own clean towels and toilet paper and tissues "
