"Our stay here was wonderful. We were in a little studio and it had everything we needed for our 11 night stay. The property is very clean. It is also very convenient for the tube, restaurants and shops. Canary Wharf has everything you could possibly want and is meticulously maintained. We made use of the rooftop patio, free coffee in the lounge and awesome laundry facilities. I will definitely stay here next time I am in London."

"We stayed in two rooms over the course of our stay and they were both nice, although we preferred the accessible room because of the bigger washroom. The one downside is there was no mini fridge to keep water or other drinks/food cold. Prime location, quiet and close to the transit line."

"The location is perfect with lovely views of Blackheath Common. It is only a short walk to the train station with frequent trains into the centre of London. All the staff are so friendly, welcoming & helpful, especially the restaurant staff and all the receptionists the day staff & evening staff."

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"Great stay! Arrived at hotel to be greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Booked a premier room for 3 of us, had 2 separate internal rooms, one bedroom, and the other a kitchen/living space with a pullout sofa bed (which was already made) - both really comfortable! The room was made up really well and was very clean too, but the chair upholstery could be refreshed in the main bedroom. Toiletries provided were great, and the Nespresso coffee machine and selection of Nespresso pods and teas were...

"The room was very dated and the carpet was icky, it looked a grim brown/grey colour. The bathroom was like an old hospital bathroom but the drain was exposed and felt so yucky looking at it. The lifts randomly stopped working and you can only really fit 2 people plus 2 cases at once, and they’re really slow. Vegan options at breakfast are very limited, there’s no vegan yoghurt, you get PB milk and spread, not sure if the bread/cereal is vegan and no one seems to know"

"The hotel is located in a very good Greenwich area. The condition of the rooms is another thing. I asked for an accesible room and the one offered had dirty walls, stained carpets, totally unacceptable. I finally accepted one with less issues but it had courtains with holes, the desk chair was old, dirty and had broken linings. In the bathroom the shower had mold, the shower head dripped, the light fixture had parts broken. Additionally, the bed head had a light that didn't work. So many issues...

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working!
