"The hotel lobby gives off the impression of a cool, unique hotel. Unfortunately the rooms are not great. The walls are paper thin, the internet was in and out for days, so it was impossible to work using it...I called several times for assistance and eventually was given the providers number LOL, which is obsurd- same goes for others at the hotel I found out later. The cable also didn't work and required someone to come to my room to fix too. The room fan didn't work either. Just way too many issues for an expensive stay. We were at a conference and the decaf coffee was definitely filled with caffinated coffee. I spoke to the server and she apologized but that didn't help those of us that drank it. The 2nd day was good."

"I only stay at this hotel when in Milwaukee, which is often! The staff is incredible, rooms are 5 star and elegant. I travel often for work and leisure, one of my favorite hotels anywhere."

"The room was clean enough , however the rooms are not updated. Had old tv so no streaming platforms , movies or anything even went to buy a hdmi cord and the tv couldnt even support it. "

"I found toenail clippings across the floor in the bedroom. When I checked out I brought the issue to hotel staff and got the typical apology with no action behind it. No discount offered on my current stay or future stay. I dont plan on going back."
