We arrived at the hotel at 5 p.m., but our room still wasn't ready for check-in. They offered us a larger room, but only for an additional cost. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. Overall, it was disappointing.

Wanted a centrally located hotel for this trip and the Marriot Downtown fit the bill. Large, busy hotel with bar, restaurants and other amenities. Room on 19th floor was spacious and well appointed. There was construction happening during the time of our stay. I cannot comment about the appearance due to that. The amenities in the kitchen were quite old and not a great experience. The Bellevue Hotel - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
Lovely room and hotel. Housekeeping did not come. Arrived late afternoon and no one was available to help with luggage. Family loved the exercise/spa area. Room was quick for breakfast, food was good but I was not expecting it to come on a cart or tray, not bags

Sonesta Select Philadelphia Airport
Our room was very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location was really quiet for being close to the airport. The staff were also speedy in getting a high temperature in the lobby and breakfast area cooled down. “Stuff” happens but the staff were on it!
