"The bathroom is updated and clean; however, my biggest complaint is there is no shelf in the shower to hold toiletries. There is also only one glass door to hold shower water inside. Mattress was hard as a rock."

"The fire alarm tripped before it was even breakfast time. The manager took it very seriously as did the fire department who thoroughly checked every possibility. The alarm had to continue until it was cleared by the fire department. The manager was very apologetic and made it right. The whole staff was very nice and so were the other guests, some who were staying awhile. We've stayed here in the past and even though it's a simple grab and go breakfast (unless you want to cook in the room kitchen) it's just what we need. It's conveniently close to the highway and not far from Philadelphia. I would recommend this for extended stay or one night stays."

"Unfortunately, I paid for a hotel here and was left stranded without a code to get into the property. My booking was canceled without written confirmation or heads up until I was physically at the property and had to call a number because there was no front desk staff. I was unable to be refunded or placed in a different hotel. The hurdles and stress to try to remedy this breakdown of communication between the main website and hotel was a souring experience, and I would not recommend. I contacted the third-party hotel several times to understand why their correspondence of canceling my hotel was never notified on the website portal where they posted the listing was never sent at any point. Ultimately, I was still not refunded and the booking was not ever formally "canceled" on the main website. The third-party hotel said that they do not receive messages sent back to them on the hotels.com website, which was confusing because they were still sending me correspondence on the platform about incidental fees, parking options, and check out. I also was messaged to send funds to a CashApp account, which did not seem appropriate for a hotel booking. Beware of booking with this place."

"I am requesting a full refund for my stay because the hotel room was in an unacceptable condition. When I first entered the room, I noticed one or two ants. However, when I woke up the next morning, I found a large number of ants swarming in my unfinished coffee and around a small coffee spill on the table. The infestation was clearly much worse than it initially appeared. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and filed a complaint. The hotel staff inspected the room, acknowledged the ant problem, and viewed the photographs I took. They advised me to contact Hotels.com directly to request a refund. The hotel has effectively recognized the issue after seeing the evidence. I have photographs documenting the ant infestation and can provide them upon request."

"Where do I start? Cleaning service was not explained had to be requested at check in. Towels were requested and I was told I have to pick them up from the front desk. Entire set was not available, I had to further request additional towels. After getting towels and entering shower, the soap dispenser was empty. Overall horrible service. When I spoke to front desk agent, they promised me 5000 Bonvoy points…still waiting."
