The staff were really helpful and I felt safe. However the room was so unkept and dirty. It was the only room available so I didn’t ask for a switch but there were dirty dead bugs on the ceiling and the wallpaper was bubbling. Prob will not stay here again

Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-City Avenue
The property was nice, staff very professional. Though the cleanliness wasn't without flaw, dusty vent in the bathroom and socks of a previous occupant found under the sheets makes me questions of they were changed fully prior.
