Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
Room was nasty , smelled like bleach. Door was broken. Number on door was also broken . Resort was run down. Needs major upgrades.

Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Phoenix West
Being hard asleep in the room and having someone open the door and turn on the light around midnight is not ideal. Clipboard in hand and apologizing that not knowing the room was occupied really didn't make it much better. Few things wrong about that situation

The Clarendon Hotel and Spa
Horrible stat overall. The manager did take care of the night we stayed because of how many things were not up to par which I appreciated but it is not somewhere I’d recommend staying.

Red Roof Inn Phoenix North - I-17 at Bell Rd
The overall condition of the hotel was good. The rooms are more renovated than the halls. They still have carpet. Rooms do not. The deposit at this hotel is minimal compared to others.
