They clean rooms every other day. Coming late and tired after a full workday and finding no coffee bags and no fresh towels was exasperating, especially given the room cost.

Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown
Room was ok. Bed was a bit too firm for me. No pool and valet parking is a must. There is other parking available but it costs about the same as valet.
