Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort
Booked 3 weeks prior,on arrival the room I booked was not available . Still unable to understand why it was not available yet I booked when it was only to be given a cramped room which I couldn’t take. I had to leave and pay for accommodation somewhere else

Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
Resort was incredible, good drinks, great food, awesome atmosphere and very pleasant staff! Early check was complimentary and was perfect for the kiddos after a long ride!

Arizona Grand Resort & Spa
Parking too limited. Had to carry bags up stairs. Paid for late checkout until 1 but maid banged on door and then walked in on us we weren’t even clothed. Complained about this they gave us One hour of extra time for inconvenience! Wow
