This property was centrally located and accessible to Peoria, Glendale and Scottsdale but set in a quiet area out of downtown areas. Beds were pretty new, so no low spots. Newly updated. Clean. Nothing fancy, but great for a good nights sleep. Guarded gate. Decent neighborhood. Is located by a major busy road, but didn’t notice the noise (we were on the opposite side)
