The staff was mostly great. And the new room we had was nice. The amenities horrible. There was no control of any of the rowdy kids and the pool area was absolute chaos. Red Roof Inn Phoenix North - I-17 at Bell Rd
The staff wasn’t friendly, didn’t explain anything like were our room was or anything like that. When we got to the room the remote control was broken and when my son tried to watch tv the controller didn’t work so we were not able to us the tv. Just a overall bad experience.
