LivAway Suites Phoenix-Tolleson
The room was very bare. Didn’t even have plastic/paper cups. It has a dishwasher but no dishes or utensils. One of the beds had food crumbs in the sheets and a wet spot at the foot of the bed. Luckily I only needed one bed.

GreenTree Hotel Phoenix West
the area around the property feels very unsafe. Heard gun shots through the night and there were a lot of homeless and transient people in the parking lot and surrounding area. Staff was kind and helpful as much as they could’ve but the hotel itself feels very run down and unclean.

I’d call this a C-minus property. The check-in was smooth but that was the high point. Moderately clean but worn. The room was ok - two tables and some chairs. Bed was so-so, same with A/C. Checking in was very difficult, there's no front desk. Never got check in instructions after booking, and had to call the 24/7 number multiple times, it kept going to voicemail.
