"Incredible stay! The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, the facilities were clean and comfortable, the restaurant and breakfast buffet were delicious. Our room was spotless and the bed were super comfortable. It was a wonderful respite from the bustling and busy streets of Hanoi. We lived enjoying a drink in the lounge and all enjoyed the spa! Couldn’t recommend a place more! "

"Our stay here was super comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to the lake and all the action. It's quiet at night which is not always the case in this area. The staff are very friendly and helpful without being 'over the top'. Clean and comfortable rooms - nothing extravagant but good value for money. Will stay again! "
