"During our 11-day stay here, every staff member we interacted with were friendly and responsive. There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. We want to thank the Gold Tower management and staff for making our Italian experience more enjoyable - So glad we chose your resort!"

"Clean and functional hotel, excellent location. Room was quiet but the pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel itself lacked charm and friendliness of other hotels we’ve stayed in but that didn’t bother us (might bother others.) One more thing: not a biggie but, if you like a cup of tea at the end of a long day, take your own tea bags! The room has a kettle but they didn’t replace the tea bags. (which we think a 4* hotel probably should do.)"

"Wow - What a beautiful hotel, bar and dining experience! The town of Cetus is one of the quietest towns along the Amalfi coast and was a perfect jumping of spot for exploring the other towns (accessed by a short walk into town and hopping a ferry, or grabbing a bus (although the SITA buses were horribly unreliable while we were there)), and coming back to have cocktails or dinner above the ocean. The beach is accessible by elevator, and was gorgeous. There are so many good things to say about...

"Check-in was excellent. There was a crowd of folks(a tour group) occupying the lobby. We could barely enter. The person behind the counter recognized it immediately and motioned for us to approach and check in. Leaving was another story. While they'll call you a cab, they don't have doorman service like most first rate hotels. This is a uniformed person that flags the cab, directs him where to stop then assists you to it. "First impression of our room was “wow”! A revamp made it very easy on the eye. However! The shower didn’t drain away properly so towels had to be put down on floor to absorb overflow. Reported it three times to no avail. Shower jet by the loo didn’t work.
