"Don’t come here. The rooms are just too much. My cousin and I came here for a moving experience & it went left. The sink missing a handle, no remote for the tv, the tv had cracks in the screen, no WiFi, the phone was “so say” an decoration it had no buttons, and the cabinet door came off the hinges. Oh My Gosh, don’t come here."

"My room I reserved was not even what I ordered. I reserved a room with king size bed and they gave me two queens instead for same pricing for one night as the king. Stains on tv remote and the tv stand. The tv wasn’t working, room was hot and stuffy. No soap at all for the shower. Overall this place was a rip off for the quality of my stay. I would stay away from this location for other travelers passing through."

"Immediately noticed the smell of marijuana when I walked in. Check in was ok-could hardly understand the guy behind the counter but he was nice enough. I went for breakfast at 8:35 (open until 9) and there was only 2 pieces of wheat bread, cereal and a few drops of waffle batter left. Juice was out of order and the rest (including milk, yogurt, hot food) was all empty. No staff to be seen, much less to offer any other food options. "The front desk was very friendly . I think his name was Marcus. He told us about the breakfast and the other amenities. Enjoyed the water and cookies. We stay there once a year. We love it. They were able to get my daughter and I close together which was a plus."

"A central elevator was out of service forcing a longer walk to another at the side of the building. I thought it was odd to still see signs claiming vending was available on my floor when it was not, more unnecessary walking. Room was clean and decent with plenty of food choices surrounding the hotel, I walked to the adjoining taco themed restaurant for an excellent quesadilla and would recommend."
