Elevator is quite loud and it produced a buzzing noise in the room all morning even though we were 2 rooms away. Be sure to stay in a higher number room, ending in at least 14 to be away from the noise."

"The room smelled awful as soon as we walked in. The toilet was making some crazy chirping noise that would only stop if the water was turned off. I requested a refund because I didn’t feel comfortable allowing my children to stay there. The reviews I read did not portray this condition. "

"The rooms were nice, comfortable bed and most importantly everything was clean. The shower curtain did not work well and we ended with alot of water on the floor. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were nice. Very convenient that towels available. My only complaint would be that there was not enough food for all the guests for breakfast. By 9:00am almost everything was gone and there was still lines of people. And we were told that they would not be putting out anything else."

"Pool is cold. No mircwave in room. They locked us out of our room 1 day before we was scheduled to leave so they had to redo out arm band's."

"Everything was great except for the elevators. There were only 2 out of 3 working elevators for a nearly sold out property. It took nearly 25 mins to bring our luggage cart down for checkout due to every car being full. Aside from this the hotel was clean, great breakfast and quiet rooms."
