"Lovely warm welcome on arrival. All staff extremely smiley and helpful. Lovely big room with coffee maker, hairdryer, desk fan. Milk, biscuits, caramel wafers and tunnocks tea cakes to help yourself to on each floor in the corridors. Breakfast was served by lovely young members of staff, nothing was too much trouble. Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was lovely. All in all a very pleasurable stay and we will definitely return"

"Staff were amazing, my partner couldnt walk much, and staff were brilliant and booked us a taxi for the hospital appointment, and even gave us a small jug of milk so we could make ourselves a tea with our own travel kettle... room was clean, bathroom was amazing for disabled partner and his wheelchair, easy access doors and lift for wheelchairs, shall deffo use jonas hotel again, especially if u need have appointment for the hospital, "

Rooms were clean and well furnished, and breakfast was tasty, although we found the menu a little confusing, as continental is included but you cannot for other items. We travelled early in the week in low season, so the pub understandably wasn't open on Monday and Tuesday, Also there is very poor sign for mobile phone and data and we were unable to get the wi fi password, which made contact for work a bit difficult.
