"We were expecting a bit more from this hotel. We let the hotel know in advance that we would be traveling with our pup and received a message confirming that they were pet-friendly and that, upon arrival, we would need to fill out paperwork and pay a pet fee. However, upon arrival, the front staff who checked in my husband seemed surprised that we had a dog, and told him, “Well, you're not really in a pet-friendly room”, which was also on the second floor, not making it the easiest for potty...

"The first thing we noticed when we arrived was the impeccable customer service - we loved our time here - lots to do in the area - hikes , biking and restaurants- we would definitely stay here again - every employee we came into contact with was exceptional "
