"We stay here once or twice a year when visiting friends in Mumbles. It's super convenient, has nice views, and is clean enough. It is dated, not luxury, but fine for our purposes, and cost is reasonable. Beware some rooms are up a lot of stairs after walking up a steep driveway to reach the property."

"It was during one of the high temperatures inEngland and tho it had two fresh air windows the host only allowed one. a small bathroom size window for ventilation plus a small fan. I asked him to open the other window / door but was denied seeming me to leave the property after one nite due to a high temp room . Host was not very helpful
tho I asked to change rooms. Also no shade on deck . Would not stay here again ."

the rooms are very good and bigger than i’d expect for the price.
located a two minute walk from the services which are great for coffee and breakfast.
also convenient for electric car charging.

"I was visiting Abertawe for one night to see old friends and this was a great place to stay. Perfectly located in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from some great restaurants. The room had a luxury quality to it like the coffee machine and plump bathrobes. "Stayed for one night to collect son from Uni (Bay campus). Convenient location to Bay campus plus easy to get out to Waterfall Country for a hike and the Mumbles for breakfast. Close to waterfront marina for dinner. Room was great and perfect for one night stay. Only gripe was no aircon and it was a warm stuffy night."
