"The hotel is located right on Gran Vía, which is perfect for exploring the city. The area is lively and full of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with a modern style. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it’s a great 4-star hotel in an excellent location — definitely a good choice for staying in the heart of the city."
