"Giving 2 stars cause the lady who checked me in was really nice. Other than that, my toilet wouldnt flush, someone tried to fix it but it still wasn’t working. Fridge door wouldn’t close and leaked everywhere. Thin walls, person underneath me was playing music all night and was loud in my room. Super noisy place between other guests and road noise. not good if ur a light sleeper. Night time staff rude"

"I was disappointed with my stay. During check-in, the clerk wrote my room number on my key card and announced it out loud while another guest was standing nearby, which was a privacy concern. The refrigerator in my room was dirty, the breakfast consisted only of oatmeal and packaged muffins, and there was no ice machine available."

"It is an old property in the middle of a remodel on outside but needs some work. Nothing around it."

"This hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-maintained. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and you can easily visit H-Mart to enjoy a wide variety of international foods and groceries. They also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee. The only downside is that the rooms on the second floor can be quite noisy due to traffic."

"Although the hotel itself was clean and high end, I can’t say the same about costumer service. My 7yo cut her foot in the outdoor pool and when I ran to the front desk, although I told the receptionist “my kid cut her foot in your pool, do you have a 1st aid kit” she went in her drawer and opened up 2 packs of bandaids to see what size I wanted. Bandaids, not even a 1st aid kit with wound cleaning supplies, creams etc. No concern or sympathy to my kid’s injury. Nothing! Just here’s bandaids. I...

"Clean room. Stayed only 1 night. Left before breakfast was served. Nice bed. Pillows are very soft. I would have preferred a little more firmness to them. Convenient to different eating establishments and the airport."

"Unfortunately, our itinerary didn't allow us the time to enjoy the hotel to its fullest; however, the time spent there was enjoyable. The hotel was clean, room was comfortable and contemporary, and check out was seamless. The One thing that stood out is the $75 early check-in fee that caught us by surprise. Overall it was a good experience."

"Personnel very friendly. Breakfast has ample choice of food and breakfast room impeccably clean. Bedroom comfortable and bed also comfy. The facility shuttle was wrecked at the beginning of April and will probably not be replaced which is a handicap because of the hotel close proximity to the airport."
