"The floors were pretty dirty. My daughter walked on the floor for a few minutes and the bottom of her feet turned black. The foam pad in the living room was pretty tattered and you could feel the wooden slats in the bed. The bedroom window could not be opened and the place had no air conditioning so the bedroom gets pretty stuffy. The walk to the beach is approximately 7 minute walk."
