"Very helpful and kind staff - made our stay wonderful! They provided a map of Nice with hot spots highlighted, and beach towels to use for free! The breakfast buffet was great and worth the cost. Location was also great - right across from the train station and about 25mins to the water:) Would definitely recommend staying here."

Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. I needed to check messages on Expedia for the instructions on how to get in the front door and get my room key. Entrance is small and requires going up a flight of stairs. Once I made contact with staff via text and WhatsApp, they were very helpful. My room was well furnished and clean. TV needed to be repaired which was completed by my second night. "Beautiful hotel and extremely nice staff. All great. Bathroom remodeled and nice but not functional since when you take a shower all the water comes into the bathroom area as it is ope shower . The half window/door does not block water from splashing out and wetting the floor. Otherwise everything else was great!"
