"The staff was consistently pleasant, welcoming, and attentive. We booked the Dadou and Co. family rooms, and both rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool. We reserved time on a few occasions, and it was incredibly relaxing—just what we needed after long days of walking tours and exploring. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Stayed here because I was running the marathon on Sunday the 12th and this hotel went above and beyond my expectations. Incredible location, right by the Arc and super quick access to metro location. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful our entire stay. We added to daily breakfast to our stay and it was so worth it, lots of choose from and very delicious. Special thanks to Rassan (hope I spelled that right!) for being so great in getting us...

"Excellent location, 2 minutes walking distance to Champs Elysees and L’Arc de triomphe. Metro links are in abundance, just be careful which exit you take as otherwise it’s like walking through the maze. Hotel itself is fine, staff is friendly enough, however there was a confusion over the room that we have booked over what had been given as it was randomly changed at the check in. All in all, decent place at a reasonable price for this location and enjoyable experience. "

"Great location, the metro was easily accessible and a two minute walk. Staff were friendly and helpful and we stayed for six nights. Breakfast was very good. My only concern (not the hotel's fault) is a hidden tax that were not made aware of on Expedia. They city charges a tax to each traveller and we had to pay an additional $165 CAD on our way out. Beware, the price you see is only for the hotel. "

"Clean room, client services, amenities and understanding when we had to stay an additional two days due to the weather back in NYS USA. I wish the cost for the two additional days wasn't as costly. It was extremely expensive for two additional days when it was not in my control. It would be nice if part of the fee could be refunded on a courtesy. Thank you."

"This hotel was perfectly situated for our family vacation. Easy walk to public transportation, food, shopping and sites, yet quiet and safe. With six adults and six kids, the adjoining room setup was ideal, giving everyone plenty of room but still togetherness. We did not eat on location, but instead took advantage of the bakeries and shops nearby. The staff was wonderful, super accommodating and friendly. We will definitly tag this property for future trips to Paris. "
