"Our recent stay was unfortunately marred by logistical issues and poor maintenance.
What should have been a straightforward arrival turned into a nightmare; the main access road was closed, and GPS (Google Maps) repeatedly led us in circles for over an hour.
While we appreciated the receptionist eventually meeting us nearby to guide us in, the start of the trip was incredibly stressful.
