"The camper room wreaked of a horrible smell and fume which within 20 mins caused my girlfriend to constantly cough and gag then within an hour or two both of us had headaches and needed ventilation and outdoor air. They tried to accommodate us with another camper but by then we both felt extremely nauseated and refused to stay. On top of that I was told I couldn’t get a refund. "

"Overall, great trip but felt additional instructions would be helpful. I ran out of toilet paper, and needed more towels but no number to dial for service,and had to go out to find someone. The blue towels in the room, I didn't realize those were the pool/beach towels since we only had 2 white towels. I also didn’t know it’s a carnival cruise drop off and they get some amenities as well, like at the beach.
