When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily."

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and loved the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor seating area. The pool is large and warm and we had it all to ourselves all 3 days we went swimming. (Closes at 7pm so slight improvement would be longer hours.) Grocery store a couple minute walk away so very convenient if you want to get supplies for some meals. Location would feel inconvenient if you do not have a rental car. (Beach access is a long walk). But with a car we loved how it was central to so...

American brand so majority of the food was American and the entertainment was American or at least that's the excuse we got when we asked why they didn't have more local food and local live music. One medium sized pool. Everyone there was either over 60 or under 15 and the few ppl in between those ages were bored on the resort too. "I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. My family and I booked a 4-night stay and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked into the room, there were serious cleanliness and health concerns. There was visible mold on the pillows and throughout the room, the sheets appeared dirty and stained, and the bathroom was filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.
