"Beautiful hotel, but don’t expect pool side service. If you are use to any other destinations in Mexico like Cabo or Mazatlán, you will have to go to bar to get your drinks and go eat inside the restaurants. The breakfast buffet was great but the dinner situation sucked. Even if you tried to make a reservation they would tell you they were full but if you bought a bottle of wine some how you could get in and once in they places were literally 25% full and staff members standing around.
