Bathroom was newer and it was nice to have a kitchen area. The big refrigerator in the room was great. "Old school motel for a great price and comfortable stay. Joy greeted us at check in and was helpful with area suggestions. The room was very clean and comfortable. Not much curb appeal but very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I would absolutely recommend if you are in Cortez!"

"Property need revamped, cracked stirs, no pool access, gaps in the door seal letting lots of air from outside in, AC was loud and didn’t work well, no fire or o2 detector, internet was patchy. It was as clean as it could be based off the property condition. Staff was friendly."
