"Tiles were broken in bathroom and pool area Hot tub edges were sharp and my child cut themselves. There were dark brown spots on the trim edges in the bathroom. Front desk associate was in her personal phone speaking very loud and vulgar. Other guests around our room were very inconsiderate of night time "

"When I arrived at the property, I was told there was no reservation for me even though I showed a confirmation email. I got very creepy vibes from the front desk who asked me very personal questions. Once I was able to connect with Expedia and they confirmed my reservation I was given a room. It was unclean and smelled bad. The shower had no water pressure other than a trickle. The TV was not working. The carpet was dirty. I would not recommend staying at this property."

"The bathroom was full of hair, I had to disinfect it myself. My son and I tried to go purchase cookware around 5:30, and was told someone would bring it to the room. No one ever came and there were no staff to assist on site. "

"We just returned from staying at this hotel and we loved it. The hotel is very modern and chic and very clean. The hotel was very crowded but oddly enough, we never heard a peep when in our room. I will say there was only one desk clerk and we had to wait about 10 minutes just to check in. There seemed to be a large group with a kid's basketball team that were all checking in around the same time. It would have helped to have had another clerk though. All in all, I would highly recommend this Hyatt. Be prepared to pay $14 to park in their lot though. There were spots right outside the door in their lot but we were told there was no overnight parking there even though we recognized some of the same vehicles wjen we checked out from thr night before parked there. That is my only complaint. "
