"Beautiful surroundings, pool area was lovely. We were disappointed with the room, it was tired the air con wasn't working well and the hot water wasn't great, the taps ran hot for a few seconds only and the shower went from hot to cold quickly."

"We had a lovely stay, the cottage was very clean and tidy, super cosy, the bed and bedding were very comfortable. We had everything we needed there for a short stay. Would definitely go back."

New Continental Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western
"a hidden camera was install to smoke alarm. it will flash in the night. the flash will be exactly like camera flash. we did report it. they send staff to check, but no luck. we have to cover the smoke alarm in the night time to avoid any more flashes. the camera will flash with movements in the room. ..."
