"The apartment is in a historic area. Great location and walking distance to all major sites. We chose the apartment because it provided free parking, washing machine, AC and heater. Because it is in a historic site area there are NO ELEVATORS. We were up in the 4th floor. Take note of this when booking. Otherwise the apartment is great and we liked it. "

"Me and my boyfriend came to aveiro for two nights to see the city. This arts house is a small art museum with a private tour that takes about 15 minutes during check in. The room was super clean with air conditioning and a very good vibe. The place felt very welcoming and the staff were very nice. It’s also in an amazing location, 2 minute walk from downtown and right beside the aveiro museum. "Alojamiento moderno, en el centro de Aveiro, con todo tipo de opciones gastronómicas justo en la puerta y alrededores, fácil aparcamiento en las zonas cercanas, con una zona amplia a unos 200m. Justo detrás está uno de los canales. Todo muy bien "

"The place is so beautiful! Brand new and clean. Great location close to the Canal and restaurants and shops. The owners were very helpful, giving us a map with a description of a walking tour plus where all the amenities are. They made sure we were able to use the key pad and the electronic key. "Un bel hébergement dans un endroit charmant. Nous avons eu un peu de difficulté pour récupérer la clé en arrivant mais rapidement quelqu’un est venu nous aider. La communication a été facile. Nous avons trouvé du stationnement dans les rues avoisinantes avec parcomètre. Facile à gérer avec l’application. À pieds il y a beaucoup de rues charmantes avec de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants."

"Staff were very nice. Rooms were simple but effective. Heating was working (some reviews dud not understand that there was a switch on the side as well as he temp control.) hot water also good. Fridge, basic cooking equipment plates etc. Bring a corkscrew and a small coffee percolator if you need them. Towels and bed sheets with a duvet all clean etc. "

"Localização ótima, apartamento amplo valendo bastante a pena o custo benefício. Mas alguns pontos requerem atenção. A conexão de internet não tem bom sinal, no quarto ela não funcionava, o que pode ser um transtorno para quem vai a trabalho. Outro ponto que precisa melhorar é que o aquecedor que fica acima da pia, sempre que se usa o chuveiro ou a pia, ele começa a pingar e acaba molhando a bancada por um bom tempo. Requer manutenção "
