"Upside is that the room was perfect for an overnight stay. Downside was check-in in the afternoon when arrival was morning. Had several hours to wait. San Juan Airport Hotel is a hurricane bunker style!"

"The stay was for my niece because she was stranded in Puerto Rico due to flight cancelations. They needed a room until their flight leaves tonight at 11:30 pm. Their check-in was at 3pm however they were able to check-in earlier. The staff was very courteous & accommodating. I was very grayedul they did. I would definitely recommend this place."

"We had a great stay at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and really enjoyed our four-night stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the hotel has a beautiful atmosphere with well-maintained spaces. Our room was comfortable and clean, and overall service was excellent. One small suggestion: it would be very helpful if, at check-in, the hotel clearly explained what is included in the resort fee. We later found out it covered several amenities that we were not aware of and...

"We had a very pleasant experience at the property. Even though we arrived after midnight, Angel, the person at the reception, was very hospitable and friendly. He led us to our room after checking us in very quickly. Checkout was a breeze as well and the employees were generally friendly. The room was simple, neat and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and enough clean towels were provided. A parking lot is located behind the property (with access from the front)...

"I loved the room and the location and had a great sleep. The room was large and nicely appointed. The space felt very secure, my room was large and had a fantastic patio and cool decor. My only feedback is about entering the property. I had difficulty with the gate and was instructed to look for angel statues to find the key but the statues were covered with bags of laundry so it took a while. It was still a 5 star experience and I will be back. "
