"Hello, my stay at Embassy was amazing!! It started off funky because we stayed at the Hyatt for the first night because of overbooking on your behalf. However, Ive stayed here before the pandemic at least twice with family and its still a nice place to stay... What makes Embassy a place for me to stay are your staff members!! I would especially like to thank Raul, the breakfast KING! Blanca the kindest, most helpful woman at the front desk and she's in the right spot too, greeting everyone and very helpful!! Also the bartenders at happy hour reception especially Adrian!! You all have made my stay that much more comfortable, thank you! I celebrated my girlfriend's 55 birthday here this week and we will definitely come back!! Just a few upgrades to think about Pool area (lighting maybe?) Breakfast menu (add meat plz) ham and bacon are good options but plz add more! Maybe add some guineos too! Overall your establishment is amazing plz give these particular people what they deserve! They earn it everyday!! Thank you! "

"Not a very big hotel and needs some work. Not very good if you are disabled. They put me by loud continuous noises above the pool area so no way to ever sleep or rest. Had to be moved and made us wait until 4 pm to check in. They got other people rooms ready that got there the same time as us 2 hrs before check in along with others checking in. We had to wait several hours regardless of my disability and for a room that was not even fit for us to sleep in due to the noise issues. "

"It was a very comfortable place, conveniently located near the airport and Old San Juan. The facilities were beautiful and comfortable, and the lady who welcomed us was always very friendly and helpful."
