"This was a great choice for a 1 night stay pre-cruise. It was a short walk to fun, local restaurants and shops. This is really more like a guesthouse than a hotel. There’s no front desk or any staff onsite, you just get a code to get into the building and another for your room. Room was clean and comfortable and we loved that they provided bottled water. Communication by text/Whattsapp beforehand was excellent. Great stay for the price. "

"Coqui Del Mar was welcoming and the manager bent over backwards to make sure all guests were happy. The majority of the clientele was male and they were in a safe space to be themselves. It was extremely gentle and evenings were generally quiet. Respect throughout. This is a place that values equality and dignity."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating, stored luggage helped us find transport and beach options close by. Rooms clean comfortable. They had separate conditioner for hair. So important with long hair and rare in hotels anymore. Much appreciatiated! At the airport for early flights!"
