"While we love the hotel itself we still haven’t gotten our $300 deposit and its been 2 months we keep getting told by staff its our bank but we have never had this issue and we travel a lot "

"First time here & we absolutely loved it! We came for my son’s 3rd birthday, I also have a 2 year old & a 2 month old. We will definitely be making this our number 1 indoor water park, they do so many kid friendly activities it was a wonderful stay. Staff is really nice, helpful & friendly!"

"The front desk person seemed irritated as she gave me all of the rules, including what would happen to me if my kids went past the time limit in the swimming pool. The bathroom in my room was not very clean. The gym had one recumbent bike and one treadmill. I tried to work out, but there was somebody on the treadmill.The price was ridiculous for what you get. I would never stay there again."
