"역시 스타빌이었습니다 벌레가 조금 성가시긴했지만, 기대이상 만족스러웠어요."

"Good location great hotel"

"The property is large and self contained. Restaurant options were plentiful and the attached amusement park is good for kids. Hotel however is quite dated inside the rooms, you can visibly see the wallpaper peeling. About half the rides at the amusement park were also not in operation. Location wise its not close to many of the attractions on the island"

"丁寧に掃除された客室でした。スタッフも誠実かつ迅速な対応でとても満足です。朝食のオプションが割高なので付けず、リゾート内の早朝から営業しているベーカリー&カフェを利用しました。"

"The staff were great, property was clean but the rest of the stay was not great. Transport form location was a problem. Could not use restaurant facility on last day as there was a problem. We received vouchers which we could not redeem. Asked to spend on items of no use to us."

"The concierge was extremely helpful, attentive, and amazing!"

"훌륭합니다. 자가 또는 렌트 차량이 없을 경우 대중교통을 이용해야 하는데 ICC에 용무가 있어 이곳에 숙박했는데 대중교통편 시간이 적당하지 않을 경우 걷기에는 좀 불편합니다. 특히 여름철에는 너무 더워요.~~"

"We loved our stay at Zen Hideaway. We had a duplex room, and it was lovely. The only thing is that there was only a sink in the bathroom upstair, so to make tea, it's alot of up and down because the kettle is downstair. We loved the Aveda product and Dyson airdryer. The view is breathtaking. The included breakfast is generous, the only thing is that it's only served between 9 and 10 am and the american one was a bit lukewarm, because they prepare eveything in advance. We would love a more...

"The setting of this hotel is spectacular. Nested in a middle of a forest, it is far from a lot of things in the island The staff is friendly. It is extremely clean That being said the property is in need of a fresh up"

"Owners are very nice and sweet. Breakfast offered every morning. Liked our own space and good location. Got a good price too! Liked all the amenities in the suite."

"Rooms are definitely outdated, beautiful outdoor property with a paved walkway to the beach. Amenities of towels and water was appreciated. Pool use is confusing. Free to use the pools, BUT at the adult pool, all the loungers are paid. So you can put your stuff at a table and swim, but nowhere to put your things or relax. Also an odd thing, we were the only ones in the pool and still they were strict with this system. The family pool whole has free loungers , MUST be booked/reserved still for...

"The gardens and main pool are beautiful and give a very relaxed vibe. The villa was spacious for our family of four. The kitchen had the tools we needed to prep our own meals. Some areas of the villa could use some care, but the overall value of the hotel was high. Would definitely return."
