"The breakfast was not my cup of tea. I wish we had a shower instead of a tub. The room is very spacious so I appreciate that. The hall was a bit humid and the parking in the front was limited (there was a coach bus). I learned on my last day the entrance to the parking in the back so now I know!"

"I like the closeness to a main road. The rooms look like they need updating. Dishwasher would get full of water as if the sink was draining into it after bringing up the first day it was fixed but it happened again it was brought up again no one fixed it and our room didn’t get cleaned garbage still in room when we came back from an all day conference to find no one came to clean. Disappointing when we paid over a 1,000.00 for 3 day stay."

What I got was an indifferent check in, I mentioned I was a Honors member and the response was basically "we don't care". "No rating for the room since we were never able to enter it! We reserved and paid for a room on the same day for which we needed it (6/18), because our VRBO home rental fell through. When we arrived, the clerk, Carina, said there were no keys available. If we had to leave the room, we'd have to find a staff member to let us back in. "Loved our spacious room, the Renoir suite. Breakfast made to order was wonderful. Grounds were beautiful. Couldn't have asked for more!"
