"We made reservation for 2 rooms at this hotel through Expedia. Got there later at night and they argued we only had one room although we had the confirmation, receipt and everything. They were telling us they were sold out and only had one room anyway. Staff couldn’t care less, was rude and unhelpful. They finally found our second room under another name although they were booked under one reservation. Proceed to the room, by far one of the worst hotel I experienced, one of the room had a dead body smell, not just stinking but unsafe type of smell. We were luckily able to change room (another guest wasn’t checked in yet!) We had picked this place last minute because of a nearby appointment. Sleeping in the car would have been as good ! "

"It’s a nice relatively new hotel. It does seem clean. However, my wife’s feet turned black walking across the floor. The staff is extremely rude and every time you ask them for something it’s a big bother. We asked about a coffee pot they told us they’d sell us one, we asked about plates or somewhere. They said they could sell us some. Why would I buy utensils and appliances for a two day stay. I just don’t think I’ll ever stay here again. "

"There were no shops nearby but it was very near Budget Rent a Car where I rented a car. The hotel dhuttle to Wrst Palm Beach downtown was extremely helpful. The staff was very nice. It helped that Hampton Inn was right to the Hilton, which had a proper restaurant. I had dinner there twice and I was very haopy. I was not happy that the room was not being cleaned everyday. And the one time I asked for it to be ckeaned, I arruved and it was not ckeaned. I had to ask again. The breakfast needs serious improvement. Perhaps some fresh cut fruits. On the first morning, the scrambled eggs tasted like there was sounach but tgere was no spinach. I like spunach but having spinach taste with no spinach makes me feel like the eggs were cooked on a dirty pan with leftover sounach. That is all. Otherwise everything was very nice. Hotel is very ckean, my room very spacious. My bathroom very soacious. Thank you. "
