"Ray at front desk was great. Had dinner in the lounge. One server/bartender. Everything went smooth and the food was good. "

"It was a quick stay after a cruise and before our flight. The front desk clerk was very helpful in her directions of where to catch the train to the downtown historic city. It was a reasonable walk to & from the train. The shuttle was prompt for the 5 minute ride to BOS. The room is spacious & clean and bed comfortable & clean. TV worked well."

"We only stayed one night, to be close to airport for return flight home, requested a harbor view, it did not disappoint, seeing the sunrise over the water is amazing. We recieved tokens for a clam chowder on check in, the room was clean and the soaps in bathroom smell amazing. "

"The staff and customer service exceeds any expectations by far. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. The only issue was the random alarms that kept going off at weird hours disrupting rest and sleep. "

"Breakfast was great but ran out of napkins this morning. We didn’t have enough towels at first but we were able to get more easily. Staff encountered were very nice, especially the young lady working breakfast. "
