"We were kept awake all night long by excessive banging from the person next to us who was trashing their room. We called multiple times throughout the night and nothing was done, there were no apologies or rectifications, during the day time that same person had a prostitute in their room, the children had to listen to the sex worker put on a show to say the least. We had to leave and did not get any rest that day either. Again no rectifying anything , I asked three times for the manager to contact me and not once did he. I have videos of all these events . Do not stay here if you want even a mediocre rest, with the kind of people they let in here it won’t happen, I mean I get you can’t control every person but you damn well can control how you deal with a situation and there was absolutely no accountability in anyway. I’m disgusted at what we were put through and the complete disregard of it, traumatic experience for the kids."
