"Shangri la is a little piece of heaven, by far the greatest staff I have ever come across, the place is spectacular, the amenities are perfect and 5 star, and the staff, every person from the time you arrive to the time you leave are better than a 5 star they would be the first 10 star rating!! in all my travels they have the finest and best staff in the world!!! The food is amazing as well, the place is so great you don’t want to leave the premises!!"
"This hotel is very close (2 min walk) to the Trocadero square which is on a hill that overlooks the Eiffel Tower. It’s one of the most beautiful spots in Paris. The location is also convenient because it’s close to a Metro/subway station. We didn’t need to spend on taxi to get or leave there.
The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel front desk is 24/7 and I really used this to my advantage by going out for evening strolls, twilight and sunrise photos of Eiffel Tower.

"This was our first stop for a month in Europe. It was a perfect place to transition time zones, rest well, eat well, etc. Baptiste and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. The a/c was good (and outside was HOT!). Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean. Lift was convenient for baggage. The little courtyard was so quiet. "Rayz hotel was fantastic; the staff were friendly and helpful; they even got us in a little early. The inside looked beautiful! We booked this hotel to have the view of the Eiffel tower, and wouldn't you know it, we could ACTUALLY see the Eiffel tower. The view from the top was spectacular!
