We stayed in this beautiful property for a little over a week. It was very quiet, comfortable, and convenient for our family of five. The host Claudia was very nice and kind and responded to all of our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

Our week-long stay at Villa Esmeralda was wonderful. The property is beautiful, the condo was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had standard accommodations that including a nice sitting area and a kitchenette. We would definitely book a stay with them when we return to the Azores.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by its charm and comfort. The location was perfect, offering very-very clean, safe and peaceful atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, making us feel right at home. The spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. Parking as big plus. The highlight was definitely the outdoor area - garden were beautifully maintained, and we spent many memorable hours lounging and having fun. The hosts were fantastic, accommodating, and responsive to our needs. This vacation truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return next year! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into). They have a good amount of crockery and cutlery too. Private parking is provided, which can be pretty narrow, but it was never so busy that we struggled to get in and out of the garage. The apartment is above the garage, so you can sometimes hear the slamming of the door. Much of the garden area is shared, depending on the other guests it may be noisy, but we found that guests were very respectful. We'd definitely stay again!

The location in the heart of Ponta Delgada was perfect, amid restaurants, culture, and shopping. Having the on site parking garage made adventures out of the city a breeze. The unit itself exceeded expectations. Can't wait to return.

This property was amazing. I love the self check in option and that we were able to come in and out the apartment using our phones. I also love the free parking and that the property is walkable to all the stores and restaurants as well as the marina. If me and my husband come back to the Azores we will definitely be staying at Villa Esmeralda. Claudia was also very fast when I told her I was having trouble with the stove. She came in 5 minutes and showed me how to use it. 10/10 recommend

Villa Esmeralda was so much more than we hoped for. The apartment's design was great, all amenities were there, very comfortable and conveniently located in the city center. It was immaculate! Garage parking was a definite plus in an area where parking is challenging. Thank you Claudia and we hope to come back!
