However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."

"Having walked past the hotel for many years it was amazing to stay there. The hotel has had a gorgeous makeover. Amazing! The setting is stunning.
