"First, at checkin there was no one at checkin to give me my room key. It was a wait . I waited for a total of 3hours it was unbelievably the computer was down. So, I had to take a picture.Three pictures, front and two ,two sides. I asked why the picures and I was told this is what we have to do for checkin and their were no keys. You had to be let in by the the personal at the front decks. Their was know one to help me. Wwhen the first person showed up she tried to help but her keys did not work. This worker had to call someone else for to come and help. The next person, help me with checkin. And when I was showed to my room the. Person called to ask if her key would "

"The the whole place was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. I will definitely be staying there the next time I go to Jacksonville. "

"Breakfast was not a big deal but if you like waffles, bagel or cereal it was fine. The lobby & my room was clean and the shower had great water pressure. I would stay there again for the money."

"I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE LAUNDRY ROOM OR ANYTHING ELSE WAS LIKE. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WANTED ME TO PAY A 50 DOLLAR DEPOSIT SHE CLAIMED WE GET BACK. YET, I PAID FOR MY ROOM ONLINE WHERE THERE WAS NO MENTION OF A 50 DOLLAR DEPOSIT. THEN, I OROCEED TO HER TELL ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT SHE HAVE TO REQUEST A MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR IF EITHER ONE IS AVAILABLE. I REQUESTED MY REFUND, AND GOT MY MONEY BACK ONLY FOR TWO NIGHTS WHEN I PAID FOR THREE. THIS HOTEL IS FULL OF 💩 AND THE STAFF IS TOO. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO A HOMELESS PERSON. PLEASE DON'T ASK ME ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!"
