"There wasn't a coffee pot or microwave in the room. They had coffee in the lobby in the morning but if you want an afternoon cup of tea you're out of luck."

"Was told there were no rooms available on property when I walked in. Found one on Expedia and booked. Walked in and the receptionist, Vanessa, was extremely rude and tried telling me that I asked for a one bed when I walked in and argued that point when I asked for any room available. "The property in 2 blocks from the beach, which is nice, but the photos on Expedia show beachfront. That was a disappointment. There were no Washcloths or body soap. The whirlpool tub had no plug for the drain or controls for the jets. In other words it didn't work. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was responsive, but we won’t be staying there again."

"It’s a spacious clean room with great AC, great blinds on window, plenty of lighting fixtures and great size TV Set. The location could not be better, right off the freeway, 24/7 Denny’s restaurant next door, walking distance to Starbucks, grocery store and shopping area. Only two things I was not ok with, the beds are noisy and the parking and hallways were very dark after sundown. I had to watch my every step going up or down stairs to feel safe."

"To be honest I usually have an decent enough experience. Very affordable but basic. This last time, not so much. I was in bed and about to turn the light off when a roach crawled across my pillow. I went to the desk and told them I would be sleeping in my car till the room was sprayed. They moved me to another room, but it stuck with me, (creepy, crawly PTSD). Not sure I can ever go back."
