Absolutely love staying at Casa As Runas - this is our second time visiting and we’d happily come back again in the future. The rooms are well stocked with everything you need, well decorated, really comfortable and the staff are so welcoming. The location is convenient but still gives you some quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Thanks for always making our time in Porto so special.

Fantastic building close by the Douro river. Great reception and a apartment that exceeded our expectations. The location is a little bit off, if you want the most touristic locations but with bus or tram it was easy to travel. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in Porto!

super nette Unterkunft mit tollem Service. Zur Altstadt nicht weit - aktuell Baustelle für die neue Brücke. Aber hiervon bekommt man im Hotel sehr wenig mit.

Very nice hotel

108mm House is a very nice apartment hotel. Our room has a beautiful view overlooking the Douro river. The hotel room is nicely furnished with well equipped kitchen facilities including oven, microwave oven, cooker, coffee machine, fridge and freezer. The room is spotlessly clean. Bruno, the hotel manager, is very friendly, helpful and informative. He gave us a lot of useful information about Porto, including nice restaurants and transportation information. The breakfast served by the cafe is very tasty. We had a very good experience staying in 108mm House.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was perfect for us. The apartment was comfortable. We traveled with family and had two apartments. We loved hanging out by the pool after the day sightseeing. We had breakfast included which was definitely worth it! Our room had a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed walking around the area. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. There is no room cleaning during they stay, which was fine with us but something to n ow. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is extremely well managed. The staff from check in to check out were outstanding. We had issues with charging our phones since we came from North America and didn't have European adapters but Bruno helped sort all that out. Catarina was very helpful with advice on what to do and where to go. The room was very clean. The bathroom was roomy and modern. The hotel is quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle but an easy and affordable Uber ride from popular tourist spots. We particularly enjoyed breakfast here before exploring the city. The food here is good quality and made with great care, attention and detail. The breakfast is as good and if not better than restaurants that specialize in brunch menus. A special thank you to Catarina, Bruno, Sara and the staff in the kitchen. Cheers!

Bruno, Katarina (sp), Aleshia (sp) and everyone of the staff were amazingly friendly, communicative, flexible and kind. This gem of a hotel, opened in 2022 is hidden in a residential area, along the waterfront near the Electric Car Museum and a grocery store. It is along the "tourist" tram and bus line. Once you enter the foyer, the design, style, furnishing, lighting are so welcoming and bright and modern. The breakfast choices are delicious, well prepared and beautifully plated. The rooms (which vary nicely) are well appointed, sooo smoothly arranged and functional. We took a tour with Bruno of several others with more and less capacity for guests. The small rooftop area with a pool and open sitting areas welcome some privacy and space. We will be back (hopefully with a larger group soon). Saudade

We had a really lovely stay at 108MM. The apartment was stylish, comfortable and spacious - perfect for us and our daughter (aged 6). The kitchenette was brilliantly equipped for the few nights we chose not to dine out somewhere. The views of the river were amazing to wake up to every day and the beds were very comfortable too. Our daughter was very pleased she could get Netflix and Disney on the TV. Bruce is a fantastic host and being able to communicate via whatsapp to arrange transfers and room cleaning in advance was so useful and helpful. We also very much appreciated the list of recommended restaurants, where to get all transport from and local Porto card as well as the lovely glass of port on arrival! And we were allowed to check in early at no extra cost which was hugely appreciated. Its only a short and picturesque walk along the river to the Porto old town, so really near to so many restaurants, museums and sites. And it was very handy having a main bus and tram stop right outside. Really could not recommend this place enough - we had such a great week.

It was our first trip to Porto and we really didn’t know what to expect. There was an unassuming door on a narrow cobblestone street. Inside that door was a young lady who smiled all the way throughout check-in, all the time telling us which bus to take, which tram to get and where to get good traditional food. After a pastry and a toast with some port wine, we were off to our suite. The suite was clean and modern. We had a pretty view out the bedroom and a sea view from our balcony. The shining star for us, however, were the staff - particularly the kitchen staff. Sweet, colorful, attentive, efficient and caring are some adjectives I could use, but honestly if I had to sum it up in one word, the word would be “lovely” While we were there, my wife celebrated a birthday. As we were leaving for the day, the entire staff paraded out to the foyer, carefully presenting a birthday cake and singing. “Happy Birthday” in English! It was very touching for my wife and me also. Our stay at Casa As Runas Porto was indeed lovely. The staff were incredible, and the rooms clean, modern and stylish. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome and “part of the family”.
