If your looking for a place that’s central, clean, comfortable has a kitchen with a dryer and washer, your search is over! If you don’t mind a bit of stairs and a smaller bed, then this place is perfect for you. It gives you the sense that your right at home, very convenient for sight seeing, eating out and shopping!

Tolle, moderne Unterkunft. Perfekt gelegen, um Porto zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Zwar ist sie zu einer Straße gerichtet, diese hört man jedoch fast nicht.

Good location. Slightly away from the old part of Porto however only up to 10 min walk to Bolhao market and from this point everywhere start to be not so far.

Really nice apartment. We had a good kitchen and even washer/dryer. Very comfortable bed. The neighbor above us was very loud in morning and late at night with their stomping feet. Before we had to check in we had to pay tourist tax and submit damage deposit. I was not comfortable with the links provided but upon contacting Expedia they told us the links were safe. The overall company on booking were slow to respond. Once we had the payments secured they assigned a contact who was very supportive and responsive to our questions. The property was north of the edge of the old town so lots of walking to get everywhere.

I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment, excellent location and great communication from the renting agent, Nerea. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (6 flights of stairs) and was quiet and I always felt safe as a female solo traveler. Comfortable bed, clean and fresh linen/towels, lovely seating area with table and chairs, big TV, lovely big windows and a washer and drying screen. I had everything to make food and eat meals there. The shower always had hot water and I used the washing machine once. I appreciated having it as I came for a 3 week trip with 5 outfits, that convenience was a great touch. The location of the apartment is great for exploring all Porto has to offer. It is a 15 min (uphill when coming to the apt) walk from Bolhao metro/main tourist area and a 7 min (downhill when going to the apt) walk from Marquês metro/Pingo Doce supermarket. Again, everywhere I walked to/from was safe, and the apartment building felt very safe and was very clean. My only negative was trying to use the damage deposit system, Swikly. They asked me to take photos of the apt on arrival and upload them so I wouldn't be charged for any damages that pre existed my visit. I could not get the photos to upload and they said get in touch with the company I rented from to make sure the damage was documented. There was some wall damage in the bedroom I was worried I would be blamed for, it was stressful for me to worry about that and not be able to show Swikly it already existed.

En veldig koselig leilighet! Praktisk å å ha leilighet over et hotellrom, men selve leiligheten er et stykke unna byen. Det tar ca 15min å gå til bykjernen og 25-30min å gå ned til elven. Det er billig å bestille Uber/bolt om man vil komme seg fortere rundt, så avstanden er ikke et stort problem. Vær obs på null heis.

While the unit is in a great area close to restaurants etc the bed is not very comfortable and only a double size. If you can live with a small bed the apartment was great. We did miss that there is no lifts so had to lug our suitcases to 3rd floor.

The apartment was lovely and sparklingly clean with comfortable sitting area and small kitchen, separate bedroom. Bathroom has great fixtures. Nice windows onto the street. Rua Santa Catarina is one of the main walking boulevards with lots of shopping and restaurants. The apartment is about 5 blocks from this area.

Very clean apartment not to far from centre Porto

Excellent host was there to great us and recommend places to eat or visit. Property was clean tidy but could do with new towels and bedding as getting a bit tired but still usable and very clean. Also no dishes to use in the oven to make for example a pasta bake only a tray but plenty to cook on the hob. Was lovely to have a washing machine and airer to do a little washing. Would use again and recommend
